Fast Turnaround

We target our calibration services on three days, but some tasks may take a little longer. However, at each stage of the process we will keep you informed of progress and the costs involved. Any costs will be communicated to you clearly and concisely, in detail, for your authorization before we proceed.

Clear communication

Should a unit require escalation to DMA, for example for component level repairs, you can be assured that we will remain your single point of contact and will take the lead in progressing this work. Again, detailed estimates will be provided before work takes place.

Expert advice

In the unlikely event that your unit cannot be repaired or serviced, and is deemed to be Beyond Economical Repair, we will advise you on the best action to take and provide a quotation for the best available replacement device complete with details of how to integrate it into your existing system.
