Evolution Measurement are the exclusive European Service Centre for Scanivalve Corporation. Our personnel have been trained at the Scanivalve facility in Spokane USA to ensure that we provide the highest levels of service and capability for your product, whilst reducing turnaround time and shipping costs when compared to the factory.
We target our calibration services on three days, but some tasks may take a little longer. However, at each stage of the process we will keep you informed of progress and the costs involved. Any costs will be communicated to you clearly and concisely, in detail, for your authorization before we proceed.
Should a unit require escalation to Scanivalve USA, for example for component level repairs, you can be assured that we will remain your single point of contact and will take the lead in progressing this work. Again, detailed estimates will be provided before work takes place.
In the unlikely event that your unit cannot be repaired or serviced, and is deemed to be Beyond Economical Repair, we will advise you on the best action to take and provide a quotation for the best available replacement device complete with details of how to integrate it into your existing system.

Your instrument will be given the very best care and we will work with you to ensure that you are fully informed of your instrument’s progress with us.
