Evolution Measurement announces the EvoScann® P16X-A, a next-generation miniature multi-channel pressure scanner designed for high-performance aerodynamic testing.

Building on the success of the first generation 16-channel P16A and weighing under 17 grams, the P16X-A delivers high-accuracy pressure measurement in previously inaccessible locations. Its ultra-compact design enables installation directly within aerofoils, ducts, and model surfaces, capturing data precisely where it matters most.

Built for speed, the system features plug-and-play CAN/CAN FD connectivity, allowing power and data through a single cable for rapid deployment and minimal setup time.

To further accelerate installation, the P16X-A is supported by an optional anti-vibration mounting frame and a removable manifold, enabling faster setup, improved durability, and easier integration across a range of test environments.

Engineered for harsh conditions, the rugged composite construction offers impact and splash protection, while high-temperature capability allows placement close to heat-intensive components such as engines and exhaust systems.

At its core, the P16X-A integrates 16 high-performance piezo-resistive sensors with individual 24-bit A/D converters, delivering exceptional accuracy, stability, and low noise. Integrated temperature compensation ensures reliable data in changing environments.
